During the ceremony, Senator Chesang donned a cream shirt and trousers paired with a shimmering purple vest and a fedora hat.
Chanelle, on the other hand, was dressed in a stunning light purple gown adorned with floral appliqués.

In a statement after the ceremony, Wetang’ula congratulated Senator Chesang and Chanelle, wishing them a union filled with love.
“I congratulated Sen. Chesang for joining the club and reminded him that he was fulfilling a constitutional requirement that states that the foundation of our country is a family unit that is established between a man and a woman.
“To Chesang and Channelle, love each other, make every day a new day like you have never met each other before,” Wetang’ula stated.

Channelle is the CECM for Public Works, Roads, and Infrastructure in Trans Nzoia County. She is also the daughter of Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) Chairperson Kiprono Kittony.
The pre-wedding comes months after the two held an engagement ceremony in Kitale.
The engagement ceremony held on July 12 was attended by former Baringo Senator Gideon Moi and Sudi.

Senator Chesang donned a stylish two-tone outfit featuring cream beige and deep brown fabric, paired with a matching brown hat during the event.
Channelle, on the other hand, wore a light rose gold dress adorned with champagne-toned beadwork.
Guests embraced a mix of traditional and contemporary styles, with many of the men wearing hats and carrying walking sticks.
In a statement after the engagement ceremony, Sudi said local leaders, family, and friends attended the colorful event.
“The ceremony was attended by KANU Chairman Gideon Moi, local leaders, family, and friends. Channelle Kittony is the daughter of my good friend Kiprono Kittony and the granddaughter of former Senator and Maendeleo Ya Wanawake Organization (MYWO) chairperson Zipporah Kittony,” Sudi stated.

The Kapseret lawmaker wished Senator Chesang and Chanelle a joyful and fulfilling life as they embark on their new journey together.
“I wish the couple a lifetime of love, happiness, and togetherness as they begin their new journey together,” Sudi stated.
