Her first assignment was her trip to New York, JFK Airport.
"To honour her for the exemplary service, we mounted a ceremonial water cannon salute which took her by surprise," KQ said.
Alice was welcomed back from New York by Senior KQ staff, her husband and her three children; two sons and a daughter.
She was moved by the unexpected unfolding event.
"I am so speechless right now. My journey at KQ has been marked by self-development, and now I stand ready for this new chapter and the exploration of new frontiers."
Alice was further treated to a cake-cutting session that was characterised by mingling with her colleagues and family as they took photos for future memories.
