Toto however did not reveal the size of the house but it is sitting on a large piece of land. Although she did not reveal the cost, experts in the construction field argued that the house has gobbled millions due to its structure.
"My gift to my parents is at an advanced stage. I thank God for this far. When God bless you, remember your parents," Toto stated.
Her parents are expected to move into the new house after completion. Before that, her parents used to live in a semi-permanent house in Bomet.
Determined to change the situation back at home, Toto put up a spirited campaign to win the woman representative seat in the 2022 General Elections.
Her candidature was popularised by boda boda operators in Bomet who voted for her overwhelmingly.
