He was among the notable figures missing in Parliament during the impeachment process.

Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro was spotted in public for the first time after being significantly absent during the impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua.

On Tuesday, October 29, Nyoro was photographed alongside his colleagues from the National Assembly in Nakuru.

Senior leaders of the National Assembly were in Nakuru for a retreat to take stalk on the performance of the MPs and the committees. The Kiharu MP leads the Budget Committee.

The MP has been absent from public events since the impeachment of Gachagua commenced in the National Assembly in September.

He was also missing in Parliament when the MPs debated and approved the nomination of Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki as the new DP.

Notably, he is yet to give his stance on the impeachment even on his social media platforms.

Many had expected him to be vocal on the impeachment given his close ties to President William Ruto. He was also among those fronted to replace Gachagua as the DP.

On his X account which has been relatively active in recent years, the MP has only made two posts in the last 30 days.

The posts were not related to politics but on Kenyatta University and Manchester United, a team he supports in the English Premier League.

"We win when we want and let other smaller teams win only when we want. Sometimes we let very small teams win just to show we are a benevolent team, like today," he posted on his X account on September 29 after the English club lost to Tottenham.

"We are Manchester United and we do what we want.
