Police have arrested another suspect in connection with the killing of Wells Fargo Human Resource Manager Willis Ayieko.
According to the report by the police, a woman was arrested on Wednesday, October 30 in the morning while in the company of her boyfriend in Siaya County.
The two were reported to have been the occupants of a saloon car targeted by officers in the operation.
Police noted that the two attempted to evade arrest, prompting a gunfight.

However, police managed to apprehend the woman even as they recovered a gun suspected to belong to Willis Ayieko. The gun was stolen from the vehicle during the murder incident.
Meanwhile, police are actively looking for the woman's boyfriend who fled from the gunfight with a bullet wound.
“We believe the main suspect escaped with gunshot wounds and we appeal to the local health facilities that may get such a case to report it immediately,” the police pleaded.
On the other hand, police were granted another 21 days to continue holding Victor Okoth who was the first suspect to be arrested over the murder.
"Okoth was flushed out of his hideout in Nairobi's Dandora Phase IV last night, where he had rented a house using proceeds of the heinous crime.
"The suspect (being held at Muthaiga Police Station) was placed at the scene of crime through forensic analysis, in the forensic-led investigation being conducted by a joint team of DCI's Homicide, CRIB and Operations detectives," DCI reported.
