Kenyan-born Lawyer Miguna Miguna has directed the outgoing Cabinet Secretary in the ministry of interior Fred Matiang'i and his principal secretary Karanja Kibicho to immediately pay the damages awarded to him by the Kenyan High court.
Also mentioned is Major retired Gordon Kihalangwa who is the director of immigration.
Miguna in a tweet asked the three to clear the damages before he arrives in the country saying the court ordered them two to pay him in 2018.
"To Fred Matiang'i, Karanja Kibicho, and Gordon Kihalangwa: You are hereby directed to contact my advocate, Adrian Kamotho Njenga, and sort out the damages and costs the High Court and Court of Appeal awarded me in the various cases I won since 2018. Do so promptly before I land," he tweeted.

In the court case filed by Miguna regarding his arrest, deportation, and alleged torture, the court directed Matiang'i, Kibicho, and Kihalangwa to jointly pay him Sh7 million as damages for violating his rights.
The court also directed the group to pay his legal fees.
To date, the orders were ignored by the group since no amount was paid to Miguna and he was never allowed to travel back to the country.
A red alert was also imposed on him meaning that he could not be allowed to travel in the country.
But Miguna recently announced that he had received his passport and was waiting for red alerts to be lifted so that he can travel to Kenya.
"1687 days after Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila Odinga, Fred Matiang'i, Karanja Kibicho, and Gordon Kihalangwa conspired to illegally seize and destroy my Kenyan Passport, President William Ruto has had a new one delivered to me. Waiting for the lifting of the red alerts," Miguna tweeted on Monday.
