Firebrand Lawyer Miguna Miguna has hit out at the Director of Public Prosecution Noordin Haji over his comments on former DCI boss George Kinoti.
Haji had said they will pursue the ex-DCI boss if they find out that he committed some illegalities.
It is while responding to a media report on the comments that Miguna said Haji and Kinoti were two sides of the same coin.
He noted that while Kinoti was performing his mandate, at no time did Haji raise a concern or complain over the same.
He said the two should be arraigned to face charges regarding their conduct.

"You did nothing about Kinoti’s outrageous criminality for more than 4 years. Kinoti was your partner in crime. My view is that BOTH of you should face CHARGES for torture, misfeasance and abuse of power!"
Haji and Kinoti were embroiled in a supremacy battle that saw some prosecution of some cases delayed while others failed to take off.
In April 20220, former KPA Managing Director Daniel Manduku was arrested and presented to court but the ODPP refused to charge him.
The push and pull saw the DCI seek prosecutorial power lamenting that there was a delay in handling the cases despite their effort in investigating cases.
The matter was however declined in court with a ruling stating that it is only the ODPP who can charge suspects being rendered.
