Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga’s supporters are more likely to sleep hungry than those allied to President William Ruto according to a new report by Trends and Insights For Africa (TIFA) Research.
The report, which was released on Wednesday, March 29, indicated that 20 percent of Raila supporters reported that they often sleep hungry while 14 percent of those supporting President Ruto said that have slept hungry.
The Tifa survey stated that 26 percent of Ruto supporters have slept on an empty stomach more than once compared to 33 percent of Raila supporters.

The report showed that 56 percent of Ruto supporters have never slept hungry while 44 percent of the opposition leader said the same. Three percent of Kenyans indicated that they were not sure whether they have ever slept on an empty stomach.
Tifa further indicated that 20 percent of Kenyans that are not affiliated with any political side sleep hungry occasionally. Four percent indicated that they were unsure whether they have slept hungry while 49 percent stated that they have never slept on an empty stomach.
