The media personality exited NTV in December 2021. 

Former NTV news anchor Daniel Mule has announced that he has landed a new role in the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR).

In a statement on Wednesday, June 12, Mule said he has taken up the position of Deputy Director and Head of Public Affairs and Communication at KNCHR.

He expressed confidence that the new role would offer him an opportunity to grow and use his media experience and expertise.

“I am excited to share my career transition. I have taken up a new role as a Deputy Director and Head of Public Affairs and Communication at the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR).

“I am confident that this position will provide me a career growth opportunity to make the best of my expertise, talent, and experience while learning new skills along the way,” read the statement in part.

Mule noted that his transition from the newsroom to the general field of communication has been made smoother by the dynamic and progressive teams he worked with.

“I sincerely thank all my former supervisors and colleagues who have supported and motivated me throughout my career journey. I am grateful to God as I look forward to what the future holds,” Mule added.

The media personality exited NTV in December 2021 and joined the African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF) as a communication and advocacy specialist where he served until May 2023.

Mule then joined the Machakos County government as a Public Communications and E-Government Chief Officer a position he held until May 2024.
