Jubilee Party Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni has criticized Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga’s call for dialogue to solve the ongoing instability in the country.
Speaking on Friday, July 11, Kioni urged Kenyans to reject the proposed intergenerational conclave team, terming it a fresh con for his personal gain in the broad-based agreement with the current regime.
“Gen Zs are leading it, why are you forcing yourself to it? Exit, if you're old. Gen Z came to speak on behalf of all of us,” he stated.
Kioni further claimed that the chaos witnessed during the Saba Saba protests was state-sponsored to instill fear in Kenyans who oppose the Ruto-led government.

"This Saba Saba thing, those people were removed from prisons and they were told to go to the Mt Kenya region," Kioni noted.
Advising opposition leaders, the former Member of Parliament underscored the importance of unity and resilience in defending the people's rights.
He urged them to remain focused and not allow themselves to be swayed or divided, emphasizing that only through collective strength could they succeed in unseating President Ruto in the 2027 elections.
"It's clear to them all that Kenyans have rejected them. This chaos they are creating is meant to derail us from issue-based campaigns or create a crisis to a point where it becomes difficult to hold elections," he added.
