The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has announced that it will conduct countrywide County Delegates elections on Monday, August 25.

In a statement on Sunday, August 17, ODM National Elections Coordinating Committee (NECC) Chairperson Emily Awita confirmed that the elections will be held across the country, with four counties exempted from the process.

"The National Elections Coordinating Committee (NECC) will conduct countrywide County Delegates elections, except for the counties of Migori, Nairobi, Homabay and Kisumu. The elections will take place at designated polling centres on Monday, August 25, 2025," she said.

Awita clarified that the elections are open to branch delegates already listed on the party’s official website.

"Eligible delegates of the branches (as published in the ODM party website) can apply for any positions at County offices," she added.

Awita further outlined the process of application, noting that all payments should be made directly to the party’s official Paybill number.

"Aspirants application fees will be paid to the Party's Paybill Number 985900, Account Number is the position being sought," she directed.

Ward elections were held on Monday, April 7 at designated centers across all counties in the country while constituency elections were held on April 9, 2025, across all the 290 constituencies.

"Following the successful Polling Unit elections conducted on 27th November 2024, the NECC wishes to announce that Sub-Branch (Ward) Elections will take place on Monday 7th April 2025 at designated centers across the Forty-Seven (47) Counties.
