The incident comes months after another Gurdian Angel bus burst into flames along Waiyaki Way.
The incident occurred on Monday, April 28, at the Gitaru Interchange connecting Wangige and the Southern Bypass.
The vehicle was filled with smoke, forcing the passengers to flee to safety. All the passengers were safely evacuated, and no injuries were reported during the incident.
From the photos shared by eyewitnesses, the most affected area was the right side near the rear tyres, suggesting that the fire may have started there.
