The Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) has announced dates for the November 2025 professional examinations for pharmacy practitioners.

In a statement on Tuesday, September 16, PPB said the Pre-registration Exams (Stage I & II) and Enrolment Exams (Level I & II) will be held for four days from November 17 to November 20, 2025.

The professional exams will be administered online in the respective examination centres.

“The Pharmacy and Poisons Board will conduct the Pre-registration Exams (Stage I & II) and Enrolment exams (Level I & II) on November 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th, 2025,” read part of the notice.

Candidates are required to apply for the exams through the PPB online services portal before the deadline of October 31, 2025.

The board noted that the candidates must select their preferred examination centres, which may be subject to change.

“The exam centres are subject to change, and candidates must regularly check the portal before the exam for any changes,” PPB stated.

The candidates should also have a suitable computer device with internet access, that can be fully charged and store power to run for at least 3 hours.

Mandatory rehearsals for the professional exams will be conducted on Monday, November 17, at the respective centres.

In addition, mock exams will be held remotely to help candidates familiarise themselves with the PPB’s online examination system.

“The dates for the mock exams will be communicated in due course. The mock exams will be done at home,” PPB added.

The board further urged candidates with disabilities or health issues that may affect their ability to sit for online exams to notify the Board in writing and provide supporting medical evidence.
