Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has revealed he was worth Ksh50 million as of 2022.
Speaking during an interview on Monday, August 10, Kalonzo said he has not done any new valuation of his wealth since 2022.
“I last filed my wealth in 2022 before we agreed with Raila and Karua to support them. I had filed those documents with the Speaker of the National Assembly. I think my estimation at that time was about Ksh 50 million,” Kalonzo revealed.
The former Vice President noted that he has no hidden wealth and foreign bank accounts in his name or his associates.
“I don’t have hidden wealth, for goodness sake; I would be going for the highest office in the land if I am the type of person to go and fix things under the table, accounts overseas and whatever. I have no foreign accounts in my name or my associate’s name,” he stated.

Kalonzo went on to explain that he has been out of public office for 15 years and he currently relies on his pension.
“I have been out of public office for 15 years, so I am not earning any salary; I am living on my pension by the way,” he said.
Further, Kalonzo called on presidential aspirants to declare their wealth ahead of the 2027 General Election.
“We must ask each of the presidential aspirants to declare their wealth before the elections,” Kalonzo said.
This comes weeks after the Wiper Patriotic Front (WPF) Party unveiled a paybill number for Kenyans to contribute to Kalonzo’s 2027 presidential campaign.
In a statement on Wednesday, July 22, WPF called on Kenyans to donate to Kalonzo’s campaign kitty.
The party emphasized that contributions from Kenyans will determine the country’s future.
“This country will not change until its people decide to own it. Kenya does not belong to politicians.
“It belongs to you. Your voice, your effort, and your contribution will determine what tomorrow looks like. Be part of it,” the statement read in part.
Wiper urged Kalonzo's supporters to contribute through Paybill Number 400200 using Account Number 728282, with the account name being Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka.
Further, WPF said contributions symbolize a commitment to transparent leadership and people-driven politics.
“Your contribution proves that Kenya can be powered by honest people, not cartels or corruption,” the party added.
