Uproar as Woman is Allegedly Manhandled at Alchemist Bar (Video)

A viral video of a woman being engaged by bouncers at The Alchemist Bar has yet again put the entertainment joint on the spot.

In the video, which made rounds on social media on Monday, June 27, the said woman could be seen trying to gain entry into the high-end club.

The young woman was pushed back by bouncers manning the gate into the club with the woman giving her best to gain entry.

She could be heard screaming as the bouncers of the club pulled her away after she fell on the ground and resisted every attempt to keep her back..

The incident led to an uproar on social media on the better part of Monday with a section of netizens condemning the incident.

“When you see how these Alchemist bouncers manhandled this woman last night you understand why we need to #ShutDownAlchemist” said a tweep.

However a section of netizens said that it was not prudent for one to force entry into a club.

“Kwani ni lazima mtu kuingia club? If you are denied entry kanyaga kubwa kubwa. You cannot try force your way in and surprised when met by resistance,” a tweep said.

The incident comes after The Alchemist Bar reopened following closure due to an alleged incident of racism that attracted heated reactions on social media.
