NTV has raided a host of local media houses for talents with KTN being the most affected.

Senior KTN News Political reporter Duncan Khaemba is on his way to NTV, Nairobi Leo has established.

Details accessed by this writer indicate that Khaemba cleared from the Mombasa Road-based station on Monday and could be signing out officially today (Tuesday).

In what is emerging as another big loss to The Standard Media Group, the highly experienced talent is heading to a Kimathi-based TV station to boost their political desk ahead of the polls.

Khaemba is a seasoned journalist with vast experience in reporting political matters. He has worked for Citizen TV and Mediamax Limited before joining the Mombasa road-based TV Station.

This comes months after NTV poached its senior journalist and Political editor Ben Kitili.

NTV has raided a host of local media houses for talents with KTN being the most affected.

KTN News business anchor Brian Otieno is also said to be heading to the Kimathi Street-based TV station after resigning weeks ago.

The continuous exit of employees from the station is causing jitters among the senior management of the Standard Group who have been unable to control these losses ahead of elections.

Apart from Kitili and Brian George. NTV has in the recent past signed Lofty Matambo, Fridah Mwaka, Nicholas Wambua, Brian Obuya, and Ibrahim Karanja, all from KTN.
