Deputy President William Ruto has banked his 2022 presidential run on a 'hustlers' platform where he is targeting low-income earners who form a huge part of the Kenyan voting population.
DP Ruto has also been advocating a 'bottom-up' approach to the country's economy where the government increases its direct spending on the common mwananchi.
