Constable John Ogweno's wife has revealed that Caroline Kangogo was in constant communication with her just days before the suspected serial killer shot her husband dead.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Julia Ogweno claimed that Carol had called her several times in the days preceding her husband's murder.
Conversations between the two revolved around Constable Ogweno with Kangogo calling Julia on Thursday, July 1st to inform her that Ogweno had arrived at work.
"On Thursday, she called me and confirmed to me that John had arrived in Kericho and had gone to work," Julia told reporters.

On Saturday, July 3rd, Kangogo called Julia again, this time to confirm that John would be home for his kid's graduation that was slated for today 10th July.
The friendly rapport between the two ladies did not extend beyond the usual pleasantries and Julia was alarmed when Kangogo asked her to let her 2 children visit their father in Nakuru.
"I took everything lightly. Every time she would call me she would ask how the kids were doing. She would say that she wanted John to come to pick the kids for some hangouts. I didn't want to lengthen the conversation so every time she asked I would tell her that the father had a right to be with the children if he wanted to," Julia said.
Corporal Kangogo has sent the nation into a state of paranoia with her cross-county travels in search of victims painting her as an almost omnipresent killer in the minds of Kenyans.
Sources indicate that her phone signals were last traced to Kisumu on Friday.
Having killed two of her past lovers, Kangogo seems to be going after men she was romantically involved with.
Earlier in the week, it was reported that the 34-year-old killer cop had threatened her estranged husband with the same fate as her two victims.
