ODM's exit comes just two days since Wiper Democratic Movement officially exited NASA after the move was ratified by its National Executive Commission.
This will now leave NASA a mere shell as the Orange party contributed the largest number of elected members in the coalition.
Musalia Mudavadi's Amani National Coalition had earlier expressed interest in leaving the NASA coalition but has not made the move official.
ANC, Ford Kenya and Wiper are two of the four constituent parties that make up the One Kenya Alliance which also includes Gideon Moi-led KANU.
