A court in Nairobi has on Thursday released the man accused of shooting two police officers at Quiver Club in Nairobi.
Dickson Njanja Mararo was released on a Ksh 5 million bail or a Ksh 10 million bond.
The accused person was charged with the attempted murder of two police officers, Festus Musyoka and Lawrence Muturi, and a waitress, Felistus Nzisa, at the Thika Road-based club on July 2nd.

The shooting, which was captured on CCTV, shows an altercation between the accused person and the police officers.
The standoff escalates leading to Dickson shooting at the two cops before making his escape via the club's back door.
It was later revealed that Dickson had disagreed with the police officers over a woman.
The court has now ordered that the accused person should never be issued with a gun.
While two of the shooting victims were treated and discharged, Festus Musyoka is still in critical condition with his hospital bill skyrocketing to Ksh 5.7 million.
Dickson Mararo informed the court that he will be seeking an out of court settlement with the three victims.
The case will be mentioned on September 30th 2021.
