Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko on Sunday launched a scathing attack on President Uhuru Kenyata and NMS boss Mohamed Badi.
In a tweet shared on his official page, Sonko criticized Gen Badi and Uhur over the state of Pipeline estate where garbage was being dumped outside.
The governor shared a photo of a section of Pipeline Estate in Embakasi South Constituency, showing heaps of rotting garbage piled outside residential houses.
"Nairobi Super Governor who is also the President of the Republic of Kenya and commander in chief of Defence forces Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and Saddam Hussein really overworking in Pipeline Embakasi South Constituency. Keep up with the good job," his tweet read.
The mention of the late Iraq President was allegedly in reference to Nairobi Metropolitan services (NMS) boss Mohammed Badi.
