Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has fired back at Kikuyu MP Ichung'wa Kimani for disparaging him because of his Chama Cha Kazi party.
Kuria in a Facebook statement expressed his disappointment on Ichung'wa accusing him of having a penchant for attacking him.
He said the MP seems to be having bile towards him. He appeared to suggest that the Kikuyu MP is bitter with him because of the CCK party.
The Gatundu South MP further said that he won't be cowed by Ichung'wa attacks adding that his party will remain strong and won't be taken away from him.
"I have read the unwarranted attacks on me by my colleague Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichungwa appearing in today's Daily Nation with shock and dismay.

"Mr Ichungwa seems to have a lot of bile towards me for choosing to belong to the Chama Cha Kazi Party and not the UDA Party. This is my democratic right that will not be taken away by Ichungwa's juvenile attacks," Kuria said.
The attacks come despite Kuria showing interest in working with the Kenya Kwanza Alliance led by Deputy President William Ruto. Ichung'wa is a member of UDA that is led by Ruto.
Ichung'wa and some UDA leaders have been cagey on Kuria having his own party even as they are keen on ensuring that the Ruto-led party becomes the most dominant outfit in the Mt Kenya region.
