Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi hit out at Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) George Kinoti over what he termed as scheming to revive the Post Election Violence (PEV) cases.
Speaking during a presser on Tuesday, Sudi said the DCI boss' move was part of a plan to undermine Deputy President William Ruto ahead of the 2022 elections.
He named Kinoti, several other State House officials along with some in the Interior Ministry as the forces behind the attempts to revive ICC cases in order to fix Ruto.

Sudi further claimed that the group had also plotted to sideline Dr Ruto in government and cause differences between him and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
On Monday DCI announced it’s reopening cases on the 2007-08 massacre, with victims of the horrendous Kiambaa Church ready to testify.
