"Unlike Azimio, here is a document we signed and we know its content. Azimio played us and sneaked a document on zoning. They have been doing nothing but managing us," he said.
He now says they will walk with Ruto and ensure that he wins the Presidency in the August 9, polls.
He maintained that they cannot be forced to stay in the Azimio coalition party yet they don't want.
"You cannot force people to be in associations they are not respected in," Mutua said.
He said they agreed with Ruto on zero zoning meaning that his party will be allowed to field candidates in all parts of the county.
"All our aspirants will be on the ballot. We also agreed on the role we'll play when Kenya Kwanza wins and vice versa."
This comes even as the PAA party led by Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi is also being said to be heading to the Kenya Kwanza side.
