Four police officers stationed at Kayole Police Station are in custody over murder related accusations.
A police report seen by Nairobi Leo shows the five arrested are Joseph Ojode Obambo, Charles Kirimi, Bashir Ali, and Henry Mutai.
They were arrested on Monday, June 6, by SCPC Njiru and escorted by stapol Kayole to capital hill police station where they were placed in custody.
"This is in compliance with the recommendation by ODPP vide their letter res odpp/cam/1/1/1778 dated 18th May 2022 and dig kps letter ref kps/dig/sec/leg/11/4/103 dated 23rd May 2022 involving the death of one Wycliffe Owour," OB report filed at Capital Hill Police Station said.
They will be arraigned before Milimani Law courts today June 7, to face charges of murder contrary to section 203 as read with section 204 of the penal code.
