Tujibebe Wakenya party leader William Kabogo on Thursday, June 16, met with Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria.
Taking it to his official Facebook page, the former Kiambu governor shared photos of himself with the Chama cha Kazi party leader with a caption: “Kiambu is in safe hands na Msitujaribu. #Hatupangwingi.”
The meeting comes barely a day after Kabogo publicly clashed with Kiambu senator Kimani Wamatangi during a Kenya Kwanza rally in Kiambu County.
Wamatangi is UDA’s candidate for the Kiambu gubernatorial race but the duo are both in Kenya Kwanza as the Tujibebe party is an affiliate member.

The senator was drumming up support for his candidature and he allegedly denied Kabogo a microphone before the former Kiambu governor grabbed another microphone saying, "Kama wewe ni mwanaume kuja hapa."
Wamatangi has since reacted to the ugly scene by saying that the politics of bullying and violence will not be allowed in Kiambu.
"We will not allow the old-type politics of violence, bullying and heckling to rule Kiambu. It is time for selling serious agenda to the people. It is time to march forward, and we will not go back to the past. It is time to take Kiambu to the future it deserves," Wamatangi said.
After the incident, Moses Kuria claimed the UDA leadership had been planning how to embarrass him and Kabogo.
