A fire incident occurred at Kenya Broadcasting Cooperation headquarters along Harry Thuku Road, Nairobi, on Monday morning.
The inferno reportedly erupted in the staff canteen shortly before 6 am.
Pictures and videos seen by Nairobi Leo showed a huge flame consuming the whole building attached to the main block housing its broadcasting studios.

The inferno was put out by the police and G4S security team following a delay by the firefighters.
The staff of the State-owned station were evacuated and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is yet to be established.
