Azimio presidential candidate Raila Odinga is still the leading Presidential Candidate less than 10 days to August polls, an opinion poll by Trend For Insights Africa (TIFA) has revealed.
The new poll shows that 46.7 per cent of those polled back Raila for the top seat with Deputy President William Ruto coming in second with 44.4 per cent.
Roots party presidential candidate George Wajackoya came in a distant third with 1.8 per cent of those polled.
"Compared to the results from Tifa's June survey, the distribution of expressed voting intentions for Odinga has changed somewhat across the country in that he has gained in all the nine zones apart from Central Rift (-5%), his biggest gains being in South Rift, Nyanza, Western and Lower Eastern. (+15%, 13%, +13 and +12% respectively)" Tifa said.

Agano's Waihiga Mwaure came in fourth with 0.1 per cent of those polled.
The poll showed Raila Odinga leading in six regions including Nyanza, Western, Nairobi, South Rift, Lower Eastern, North Eastern and Coast.
Ruto on the other hand leads in Central Rift and Mt Kenya region.
The poll had +/- 2.16 margin of error
The survey conducted between July 21 to July 26 where 2,056 respondents were across 9 regions across the country.
