Okari has been off the screens since he parted ways with the Nation Media Group (NMG) in December 2022.
"My assignment at NTV has come to an end. I'm grateful to God for the opportunity to serve. I gave it my all, but I couldn't have done it without the help of an incredible team and an amazing audience. I hope they continue to shine. It's time to move on to something bigger and greater than myself," Okari stated on December 5, 2022.
Following his exit from NTV, the talented investigative journalist transitioned into forex trading and mentoring.
Okari joined NMG in 2013 as a reporter before exiting the station in 2014 to join the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).
He rejoined NMG in 2015 and worked in the media house until his exit in December 2022.
While at NMG, Okari also held the roles of a news anchor and Investigations Editor.
