Milele FM presenter and comedian Kazungu Matano who is popularly known as Captain Otoyo is mourning the death of his father, Mzee Mohammed Matano.
Announcing his death on Instagram, the comedian said his father died on Wednesday at the age of 80.
He went on to say that his father will be laid to rest at their Mazeras – Kasemeni home.
“The Mugumo Tree has fallen. My Dad, mzee Mohammed Matano Masha has left us at 80. Laying Mzee off at 04.00PM at Our Mazeras - Kasemeni Home. I'm at peace with this. Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun,” wrote Otoyo.
