Jaoko Oburu
Jaoko Oburu, son of Siaya Senator Oburu Oginga, was appointed on April 22, 2025, as the Special Advisor on Economic Empowerment and Sustainable Livelihoods in President William Ruto's administration.
In this role, he is tasked with offering strategic counsel to the President while contributing to the formulation and implementation of policies aimed at boosting economic opportunities and improving living standards.

Winnie Odinga and Kennedy Musyoka
Winnie Odinga, daughter of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, and Kennedy Musyoka, son of former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka, are currently Members of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) for the 2022–2027 term.
Both are actively involved in legislative processes that support the East African Community (EAC), including debating and passing laws that promote regional integration and economic cooperation. Their work plays a vital role in enhancing Kenya’s influence within the EAC.
Noordin Haji
Noordin Haji, son of the late veteran politician and former Cabinet Minister Yusuf Haji, was appointed Director-General of the National Intelligence Service (NIS) in June 2023.
He heads Kenya’s intelligence operations, ensuring the collection and analysis of security-related information for national protection.
Previously, Haji served as Kenya’s Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) from 2018 to 2023, where he played a key role in prosecuting corruption and strengthening accountability mechanisms.
