In an interview with NTV on Sunday, the DP quoted Matthew 17: 29 which is not existing in the bible.
A quick look at the Bible, Matthew 17 ends at verse 27.
The DP was responding to one of the questions by Joe Ageyo.
Netizens on social media were quick to point out the verse didn't exist in the Bible.

Here are some of the reactions;
This is not the first time the DP is caught quoting a wrong verse.
While quoting Isaiah 1: 18 at the National Prayer Breakfast, the DP said: "the bible says, we have fallen short".
Seemingly, the DP in his address passed a message that reflects Romans 3:23 which says "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard".
Isaiah 1: 18 which the DP quoted passes a completely different message.
It says: " “Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool".
