In the photos shared by Ruto, the Chama Cha Kazi (CCK) party leader was among those spotted in the meeting.
The lawmaker was seated alongside Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula and his ANC counterpart Musalia Mudavadi during Kenya Kwanza Nairobi County Economic Forum at the Ngong’ Racecourse.
This comes days after Kuria and Tujibebe Wakenya Party leader William Kabogo wrote to the DP informing him they had withdrawn from UDA caravans.
In the letter, the two leaders claimed that their candidates had been mistreated by UDA party leaders in the recent Kenya Kwanza rallies in Kiambu County.
The duo also complained that their parties had been sidelined by the UDA presidential candidate after they missed out on an earlier invite of Kenya Kwanza parties to the DP’s Karen home.
"On Monday, June 13, 2022, a meeting of all UDA aspirants from Kiambu county was convened in Karen and chaired by HE Dr. William Ruto and Rigathi Gachagua to plan for the Hustlers Express activation and a major rally in Nduberi on Saturday 18th June 2022. Neither of the Parties was invited to that planning meeting," read part of the letter.
The duo on Saturday, June 18, skipped a Kenya Kwanza rally in Kiambu even after they were listed as guests at the event.
