Reports accessed by Nairobi Leo indicate that the accident occurred shortly past 10 am in Ndarugo - next to Juja.

The lorry is said to have hit the side rail and later overturned.

Videos and images seen by this writer showed motorists looting maize and beans before putting them in their cars and then speeding off.
