South Mugirango Member of Parliament Silvanus Osoro has stated that some of Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga’s demands to the Kenya Kwanza government cannot be met.
Speaking on Tuesday, April 4 during Citizen TV’s Daybreak show, Osoro said that Raila’s demands are not clear and would be difficult to be met.
"There is something that honorable Raila said that really needs to be relooked at. He made some demands that he needs to be sorted but I have to say some things are ambiguous and can't be met. You have been listening to him in rallies talking about we are telling Ruto to open servers, it is not within the powers of the bipartisan committee to open servers. That may not really work," said Osoro.

The National Assembly Majority Whip however stated that a bipartisan committee would be formed and would make recommendations to forge a way forward on some of the opposition’s demands.
“The committee would make recommendations. If the recommendations lead towards amending, a certain act then that will be done. For example, if the committee recommends amending the IEBC selection panel that will be done and then brought to the House,” he added.
President William Ruto on Monday directed the Kenya Kwanza Alliance Parliamentary leadership to consider the bipartisan approach to addressing the matters raised by the Opposition as a priority.
“We have asked the Parliamentary leadership of both Houses to consider our proposal for a bipartisan approach to addressing the matters raised by the Opposition as a priority,” Ruto said.
