Majority whip at the Senate Assembly and Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has called out a section of Kenya Kwanza leaders over complaints they raised over Kenya Kwanza, Azimio bipartisan talks.
The Senator who spoke in Kakamega said there is need for President William Ruto to engage with ODM leader Raila Odinga for the peace of the country.
Khalwale went on to call out a section of leaders from Mt Kenya for what he termed as being a stumbling block to the talks.

He said there is need for the leaders to stop creating a mountain out of small issues that can be addressed with ease.
According to Khalwale, there is no problem if Gachagua becomes part of the dialogue team adding that it is wrong for them to insist that he must be a party to meeting convened by Ruto to meet Raila.
Members of parliment from Mt Kenya you are being premature kwa sababu watu wa kwanza kukutana ni Ruto na Raila," he said.
Kama mnataka hivo there is no problem. The Deputy President can be one of those five people from the Kenya Kwanza side alafu Kalonzo can be one of those five people from Azimio side. What is the problem with that?"
The Azimio side has already unveiled Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka as the team leader of the talks.
He will lead a team of four others like Senator Okong'o Omogeni, Amin Mnyanzi (Malindi MP), Majority Whip Opiyo Wandayi and DAP-K leader Eugene Wamalwa.
