Kileleshwa ward representative Robert Alai has opportunities for young people aged between 18 and 30 years.
The member of the Nairobi County Assembly targets those who did not go beyond secondary education and hail from his area of jurisdiction.
He said 50 opportunities are available for those targeted to equip themselves with plumbing and electrical skills for a period of two years.
Alai said those successful would be allocated monthly stipends throughout the period of their technical training.

Those interested, Alai said, have until September 20 to make forward their applications.
The requirements comprise a result slip of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination, a copy of the national identity card, email address, and mobile phone number.
The hopefuls have been strictly asked to scan their documents before sending them to the relevant office.
Applications are emailed to [email protected] and copied to [email protected].
Alai said the chances are limited to 50 people hence the need for urgent applications.
