The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has invited bids from eligible contractors for Emergency Reinstatement Works for the financial year 2024/2025.
In a notice dated Tuesday, May 21, the authority disclosed that a complete set of tender documents can be obtained from the KeNHA website (www.kenha.co.ke) or through the Public Procurement Information Portal (PIPP) (www.tenders.go.ke) free of charge.
The documents can also be obtained from KeNHA offices, Supply Chain Management Department, during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh1,000 to KeNHA in form of banker's cheque.
KeNHA further disclosed that there will be a mandatory pre-tender site visit as specified in tender documents.

“The Authority hereby invites bids from eligible contractors for Emergency Reinstatement Works for the FY 2023-2024 to be funded through the Gok Development Funds. There shall be a Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Visit as specified in the detailed tender notice uploaded onto the KeNHA website,” read part of the notice.
The authority encouraged interested bidders to download the tender documents so as to minimize physical visits to KeNHA offices.
It further encouraged bidders to continuously check its website for any clarifications before submission date.
The closing date for bidding of the tender will be on 13th June, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
“The tender Closing/Opening date will be on 13th June 2024 at 11.00 A.M. at KeNHA Headquarters, Barabara Plaza, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, Off Mazao Road, Block C – 2nd Floor Board Room,” KeNHA said.
