As detailed in a statement dated Monday, October 21, the supplier will be changed from TLScontact to VFS Global.

The changes will be implemented starting Tuesday, October 22.

Kenyans intending to apply for the travel documents were, therefore, advised to be keen on the instructions issued during the application process.

"The supplier of our Nairobi visa application centre will change from tomorrow. Please review the new instructions for submitting and collecting your documents, as the location has also changed," read the statement in part.

What Applicants Need to Expect

Applicants were advised to read the emails sent to them from TLScontact and VFS Global.

The authentic email addresses for the two service providers are @tlscontact.com and @vfsglobal.com.

"Read all emails you receive from TLScontact and VFS Global. They may have actions you need to take to continue your application. Check your junk folders to make sure you have not missed anything," UK advised.

Meanwhile, applicants were encouraged to attend the Visa appointments as scheduled.

The UK also maintained that the changes will not affect the decision on applications and how long it takes for the Visa to be processed.
