Interior PS Raymond Omollo has revealed the programme for Kithure Kindiki's swearing-in ceremony.
As revealed during an interview with the media, there will be two celebrations at KICC and State House.
Omollo detailed that the event at KICC will mainly be a judicial event, during which the Deputy President-Elect is expected to take the oath of office.
The swearing-in ceremony at KICC will be overseen by Chief Justice Martha Koome and is expected to take 1 hour.

As planned the swearing-in ceremony will begin at 10 am with Kenyans attending the event expected to be seated at the venue by 9 AM.
"We have made security arrangements in terms of traffic flow. Remember it is a public holiday so we are not expecting to disrupt those who are at work or in business," he stated.
"We have invited Kenyans who can join the event. We are expecting a capacity of 10,000 Kenyans.
Afterwards, President William Ruto will host the new DP at State House for celebrations.
The State House celebration has been reserved for invited guests including diplomats representing various countries in Kenya.
"The President will host the DP for a banquet with a number of invited guests as part of the executive and diplomats," the PS remarked.
"After that, the DP is expected to move into his office at Harambee Annex."
