The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has released the Kenya Junior Secondary Education Assessment (KJSEA) sample papers.
In a statement on Saturday, January 4, KNEC disclosed that the sample papers have been uploaded on the Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) portal.
"The KJSEA sample papers have been uploaded on the CBA portal for access by all schools," KNEC remarked.
The examination body indicated that the CBA portal can be accessed through the link cba.knec.ac.ke using the assessment centre login credentials.
The schools are required to navigate to the Grade 8 portal and click on the 'Instructions & Sample Papers' button to access the papers.

This comes even as the Ministry of Education announced that schools will be reopened on Monday, January 6.
With no Form One admissions following the transition to the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), Education CS Julius Ogamba noted that the government is nearing completion of 16,000 classrooms across the country for a smooth transition of learners to junior secondary.
Ogamba noted that in instances where the completion has not been finalized, education officials will effect temporary measures to ensure all learners are accommodated.
At the same time, the CS disclosed that the Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) results will be accessible on school portals starting Monday, January 6.
