Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi made his first public appearance days after missing a cabinet meeting at the Kakamega State Lodge.
Through his official X handle, Muturi detailed that he was at his office and met with the PS in his Ministry to strategize on the government programmes.
Diring the meeting, he noted that the PS briefed him on the activities of the ministry, adding that he was focused on his work.
"Receiving my daily briefing today from PS State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development Mr. Amos Gatheca," he wrote.
"We focused on our ongoing initiatives to enhance public service delivery and strengthen human capital development. Together, we are committed to ensuring that our services effectively meet the needs of all Kenyans."

Muturi, who has rubbed shoulders with some government officials including CSs, missed the Tuesday Cabinet meeting chaired by President William Ruto.
The reasons behind his no-show were not revealed. However, it raised questions over the timing, given that he had been criticized by allies of Ruto for exposing details of the abduction of his son.
In particular, leaders called for his resignation from the government after he linked the National Intelligence Service (NIS) to the abduction of his son.
"This desperate move, made now that your political career has waned, is a clear blackmail attempt. The timing is highly suspicious," Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi stated.
"In regards to your son's woes, who is my age mate, was he abducted without a reason? Furthermore, there are many Embu professionals who can serve the country with zeal. You can ship out."
