Chama Cha Uzalendo (CCU) now wants the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to bar Wiper's Agnes Kavindu from Machakos Senate race.
The Governor Alfred Mutua-led party claimed that Kavindu lacks requisite academic qualifications.
In February CCU accused Wiper of using State resources to campaign for Kavindu.
CCU Secretary-General Phillipe Sadja called on the IEBC to probe the claims and take action against Wiper.
“It is purely voter bribery. As CCU, we shall be writing officially to IEBC on the matter. We need to inform public officers that there is personal liability in breaching impartiality according to the law,” Sadja said during a press conference.

Kavindu announced her interest in the seat in January, telling the people of Machakos she would represent their interest following the passing of Senator Boniface Kabaka.
“I will be vying because I want to help the people of Machakos. Women, you know that a lady knows the problems facing women, and I’m not saying that I will be helping women alone but also men,” Kavindu said.
She was married to former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama but their union ended in 1983.
The duo and had been embroiled in a court battle for years over ownership of Muthama’s home in Mua, Machakos County.
