The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced multiple job openings in its latest recruitment drive.
The agency is seeking to recruit professionals to fill a series of assistant manager and manager positions across different departments.
In the first set of advertised vacancies, KRA is calling for applications for ten assistant manager roles.
These include Business Application Support under the Customs and Border Control (C\&BC) department, System Administration, and specialized tax projects for Large & Medium Taxpayers (LMT) as well as Micro & Small Taxpayers (MST).
Other positions are in Capacity Management & Business Continuity, Cyber Security Operations Centre, Cloud Architecture & Technology Platform, Data Governance, Business Intelligence Platform Engineering, Service Desk, Library & User Services and Awareness.

In a separate advertisement, KRA has also announced four manager-level vacancies for experienced professionals.
These roles include Manager of Domestic Taxes Project Portfolio, Manager of Quality Assurance, Release, and Change and Configuration Management.
Other roles are Manager of Vulnerability Management and Investigation Support, and Manager of Revenue Assurance and Fraud.
For all advertised positions, detailed job descriptions and application instructions have been made available on the KRA careers website.
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online through the official e-recruitment portal at https://erecruitment.kra.go.ke/login.
Applicants are expected to create or update their profiles, attach the required documents in PDF format, and follow the instructions for application submission.
All applications must be submitted no later than June 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
To be eligible, successful candidates will be required to present a valid certificate of good conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and a clearance certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
They must also have a tax compliance certificate from KRA and a current credit report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
KRA has emphasized that canvassing, falsifying qualifications, or presenting fake documentation will lead to automatic disqualification.
Only shortlisted and successful applicants will be contacted.
Furthermore, the agency said it does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process, including application, processing, or interviewing.
KRA has encouraged applications from women, members of all ethnic groups, and persons with disabilities, including marginalized and minority communities.
