Erastus Ethekon will be the first nominee to be vetted at 9:30 am, followed by Anne Nderitu and Moses Mukhwana at 10:30 and 11:30 am, respectively.
Mary Sorobit will be vetted from 12:30 pm, Hassan Noor at 2:30 pm, and Francis Aduol at 3:30 PM. Fahima Abdalla will be the last to be vetted at 4:30 pm.
This comes after the High Court allowed Parliament to proceed with the vetting of the seven nominees for the chairperson and members of the IEBC.
However, Justice Lawrence Mugambi barred the formal appointment and swearing-in of the nominees should Parliament approve them, pending the outcome of a case filed by two voters challenging the nomination of the seven individuals.
