Tanzania's government has moved the burial of the late President John Magufuli.
On Saturday the Government Spokesperson announced that Dr. Magufuli will be laid to rest on Friday and not Thursday as initially announced.
President Samia Suluhu said the country will be in a 21-day mourning period where all flags will fly at half-mast.
Magufuli will be buried at his Chato home in Geita, the north-western part of Tanzania.
In the initial plans on March 20, the body was to be moved from the mortuary to St. Peters Church in Dar-es-Salaam for a brief service before being moved to Uhuru grounds for public viewing.
