Activist Hanifa Farsafi has issued a plea to Kenyans, seeking urgent assistance to undergo ear surgery.
In a statement on X on Monday, August 11, Hanifa revealed that she has an ear infection that has been worsening.
The activist explained that most mornings, she wakes up to silence as she can't hear anything.
“My ears are getting worse by the day, my hearing fades a little more each day, and pus keeps oozing out. Most mornings, I wake up to complete silence, unable to hear anything,” she revealed.
Hanifa said she has visited several hospitals, but the treatment offered has only provided temporary relief.

The activist pointed out that she urgently needs a surgical procedure to repair internal wounds in her ears
“Every hospital I have been to only offers temporary fixes, but what I truly need is surgery to repair the wounds inside my ears that are causing all these problems,” she stated.
Hanifa called on Kenyans to help her find a reputable health facility where she can undergo the ear surgery she needs.
“I’m not sure how to put this, but I’ve been searching for a good ENT hospital where I can finally get my surgery done,” said Hanifa.
“I love asking questions here because this has always been the best place for me. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve found answers. So, on a serious note, I’m asking for your help. I need my ears treated urgently.”
