According to the advisory, heavy rainfall was expected to persist until Sunday, October 5, 2025, and was likely to be accompanied by strong gusty winds. The rains were projected to decrease in intensity from Monday, October 6.
The government further cautioned that strong winds may blow off roofs, uproot trees, and cause structural damage to buildings and infrastructure.
