Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is set to hold a series of political engagements across four counties as he continues to intensify mobilization activities.
In a schedule released on Thursday, August 6, Gachagua indicated that he will begin the tour in Kiambu County on Friday, August 7, with an event in Kiambu Town before heading to Matapato Ward in Kajiado County on Saturday, August 8.
The former Deputy President is then expected to return to Kiambu County on Sunday, August 9, for an engagement in Kiambaa Constituency.
On Monday, August 10, Gachagua will take his political activities to Narok East Constituency in Narok County as part of the ongoing outreach programme.
The schedule also shows that he will be back in Kajiado County on Wednesday, August 12, where he is set to meet residents in the Kipeto area of Kajiado West.

The tour will then move to Nakuru County for two days, on Friday, August 14, and Saturday, August 15.
In Nakuru, Gachagua's tour will begin in Naivasha Town before proceeding to Soko Mjinga in Nakuru Town West and later concluding the day's engagements at KANU House in Nakuru Town East.
On the second day, the DCP leader is scheduled to visit Njoro Town, Elburgon, Turi, Molo, Kibunja and Rongai Town.
Elsewhere, Gachagua has advised Wiper Patriotic Front (WPF) leader Kalonzo Musyoka to campaign in the Nyanza region.
Speaking earlier Thursday, Gachagua said Kalonzo supported the late Raila Odinga for more than 15 years, making him a familiar figure in the region.
Gachagua urged the former Vice President to take advantage of the goodwill he built while supporting Raila to popularize the united opposition in Nyanza.
"I was telling Kalonzo Musyoka yesterday that he supported Raila Odinga and the people of Nyanza for a long time.
"For 15 years, you stood with them, and they know you. Help us to make inroads in Nyanza. Kalonzo should now tour the region and help consolidate our support there," he said.
Gachagua praised Jubilee Deputy Party leader Fred Matiang’i after he toured Kuria in Migori, asking him to also try to make inroads in Homa Bay County and the rest of Migori County.
"My brother Fred Matiang'i, I saw you yesterday campaigning in Kuria. Good work. Consolidate support there, strengthen our support in Kisii, and if you can, also move into Homa Bay and Migori because they are your neighboring counties," he added.
Gachagua said he will consolidate support in the Mt Kenya region, Nairobi and South Rift Valley.
"When I assess where I have the most influence and where I can deliver votes for the united opposition, it is the Mt. Kenya region, Nairobi, and the South Rift, including the Maasai and Kipsigis communities," he further said.
