Toll attendants will further be expected to report equipment malfunctions, traffic incidents or suspicious activities to their supervisors, ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness and organisation within the toll booth area.
On qualifications, the company is seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree, Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognised and accredited institution.
Professional work experience in computers and accounting is preferred, alongside basic IT skills and previous experience in customer service, cashiering or cash handling.
Applicants will also need basic maths skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate computerised toll systems and point-of-sale equipment, in addition to strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The role demands flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, as well as the physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and work in different weather conditions.
The listing further specifies that applicants should be aged between 20 and 35 years old.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, and practical knowledge of KRA iTax and Kenyan tax law. Experience in infrastructure, construction, transport, roads, energy, PPP or engineering sectors is desirable, along with Excel proficiency, ERP/accounting systems experience, and progress toward or completion of CPA(K), ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
Fluent English is required, and knowledge of Chinese is listed as an advantage but not mandatory.
